The long time Dream of owner Kimberle Smith, A-Live & Healthy opened to rave reviews on January 7th 2008. Kim is a Licnesed Massage Therapist and Colon hydro-therapist who learned about living foods in 1992 when she found herself at the Optimum Health Institute in Lemon Grove California. After 3 weeks at the institue Kim knew that a raw foods restaurant was in her future.
It took a while but A-Live & Healthy is a Dream come true.
